Summary

The government decree establishes emergency rules against persons and organisations linked to the "Antifa" ideology, in accordance with international obligations concerning the fight against terrorism. As justification for the regulation, the decree lists in detail violent acts committed in Europe, including the 2023 Budapest attacks, the vandalism of the Collegium Hungaricum in Berlin, and the break-in at the consulate in Venice.
