Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the magyarkozlony.ai service (the "Service").

Use of the Service is established upon registration with the explicit acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Notice.

Provider: Chain Advisory Kft. and Erba 96 Kft. acting jointly.

User: the natural or legal person who uses the Service.

Service: the AI-powered legal-text search, document analysis and report generation platform accessible through magyarkozlony.ai and related interfaces.

Corpus: the set of indexed legal materials accessible through the Service (currently: Magyar Közlöny, the Fundamental Law; the scope is continuously expanded).

Account: the User's personal access point to the Service, secured by a unique identifier and password.

The Service is an AI-powered search and analysis platform over the Hungarian legal corpus. The User asks questions in natural language; the system returns answers from the indexed corpus with page-precise source citations.

Additional features: PDF report, Excel sheet, PowerPoint slide deck and chart generation from the matched legal content.

The Service is a technical tool and DOES NOT constitute legal advice. The User uses the output at their own professional discretion; every cited source must be verified by the User.

Use of the Service requires registration. The User must provide accurate information (name, email, password). Persons under 18 may not use the Service.

The User must keep their password confidential; the Account holder is liable for any activity on their Account. Any consequences arising from disclosing the password to a third party are borne by the User.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the Account — with prior notice or with immediate effect — in case of breach, abuse or non-payment.

Current price plans are available at https://magyarkozlony.ai/csomagok. After registration 5 trial questions are free; thereafter the User must select a paid plan.

Payment is made by bank transfer based on a payment request. Once the transfer arrives we activate the plan and issue the final invoice.

The Provider may change the fees. We notify the User at least 30 days before the new fees take effect; the new fees apply from the start of the next billing cycle.

Fees paid are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants a right of withdrawal.

The User is entitled to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, within the limits of the selected plan.

Reverse engineering, automated scraping, unauthorised bulk querying, or reselling of the Service are prohibited without the Provider's prior written consent.

The User must refrain from any activity that endangers the operation of the Service or infringes the rights of other users.

The Service output (citations, reports, charts) is generated for the User's own use. The underlying legal source texts remain subject to their original public-document legal status.

The Service relies on artificial intelligence for search and analysis. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

The Service EXPRESSLY DOES NOT provide legal advice, attorney services, or representation before authorities or courts. The User uses the AI's output at their own professional risk; before any legal decision, the User must verify the cited source text and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

The Provider does not warrant the correctness, completeness or currency of AI-generated content. Legal sources are always governed by the text published in the relevant official gazette.

AI processing is performed via AWS Bedrock in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region. The AWS DPA contractually guarantees that User data is NOT used to train AI models and is NOT retained after processing.

The Service (source code, design, brand, documentation) is the intellectual property of Chain Advisory Kft. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the duration of an active plan.

Copying, modifying, distributing, translating, or creating derivative works of any part of the Service is prohibited without the Provider's written consent.

The official text of Magyar Közlöny and other corpus documents is public information and may be used freely under applicable law. The added value provided by the Service (indexing, AI analysis, report generation) is the Provider's protected work product.

The Provider makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service highly available, but does not guarantee a specific uptime. The Service is provided "as is".

We notify Users of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance. The Provider is not liable for force-majeure events (DDoS, ISP outages, power failures, etc.).

The Provider performs daily automated backups of customer data.

The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to twice the annual fee actually paid by the User. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (lost profit, business interruption, data loss, etc.), except where Hungarian mandatory law provides otherwise.

The User is responsible for their own use of the Service and for any decisions made on the basis of its output. The Provider accepts no liability for legal, business or regulatory actions taken in reliance on Service output.

The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their Account. Deletion requests: [email protected].

The Provider may terminate the agreement if the User materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay for more than 30 days, or uses the Service contrary to its purpose.

After Account deletion, the User's personal data is removed in line with the Privacy Notice; data subject to accounting law is retained for 8 years.

The Provider may unilaterally amend the Terms. We notify the User by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If the User does not accept the change, they may delete their Account before the change takes effect; in that case a pro-rata refund may be requested for the remaining part of the affected cycle.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
