Government Decree No. 305/2025. (X. 9.) of the Government

on the amendment of Government Decree No. 690/2021. (XII. 8.) on the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme and on the amendment of certain government decrees related to the operation of the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme

[1] The purpose of the amendment of the government decree is to expand the range of sports federations that may be included in the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme, as well as to designate a coordinator for the implementation of sports professional activities.

[2] The Government, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in point 21 of Section 110(1) of Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education, and acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:

Section 1. The provision of Section 4(1) of Government Decree No. 690/2021. (XII. 8.) on the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme and on the amendment of certain government decrees related to the operation of the Stipendium Hungaricum Sports Scholarship Programme (hereinafter: Government Decree) shall be replaced by the following provision:…
