Summary
The gazette contains two government decrees. The first specifies the interest conditions of the financing constructions provided by the Kisfaludy Tourism Credit Centre, amending the interest rate of 3.00 percent per annum to "at most 3.00 percent per annum," thereby providing more flexible conditions for the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. The second decree, as an emergency regulation, exempts the asset managers of sports associations from the obligation to pay asset management fees from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, and also prescribes the reimbursement of fees already paid.

III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 345/2025. (XI. 4.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 259/2025. (VIII. 11.) on certain measures related to financing structures established for the development of tourism and the hospitality industry in Hungary
[1] The purpose of this Decree is, having regard to the outstanding role of tourism in Hungary in the national economy, to amend the financing structures provided by Kisfaludy Tourism Credit Centre Private Limited Company (Kisfaludy Turisztikai Hitelközpont Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság) in the interest of the long-term, stable expansion of the tourism and hospitality industry sector.
[2] The Government, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in point o) of Section 10 of Act CLVI of 2016 on the state responsibilities for the development of tourism regions, and acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby decrees the following:
Section 1. In Section 3(2) of Government Decree No. 259/2025. (VIII. 11.) on certain measures related to financing structures established for the development of tourism and the hospitality industry in Hungary, the text "3.00% per annum." shall be replaced by the text "at most 3.00% per annum."
Section 2. This Decree shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
