Summary
Decree 24/2025 (XI. 6.) KIM amends the earlier decree of the minister responsible for culture and innovation on the management of chapter-managed and centrally managed appropriations, primarily by introducing new definitions and clarifying state aid rules. The amendment introduces the concept of audiovisual works qualifying as cultural products, as well as the concept of lignite, and updates references to Union state aid regulations. The purpose of the decree is to fulfil the regulatory and review obligations arising from the Act on public finances, in agreement with the minister responsible for the national economy.
