Summary
The decree amends the rules pertaining to state home creation support programmes, in particular the CSOK Plusz loan programme and the Otthon Start FIX 3% home loan. It clarifies the concept of "first joint property acquirers" and defines the conditions relating to dwelling size applicable in the case of loans taken out simultaneously. Furthermore, it expands the categories of cases that do not qualify as the acquisition of a partial ownership share, such that the full purchase of an ownership share acquired through inheritance does not exclude eligibility for the support.
