III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 352/2025. (XI. 13.) of the Government
on the amendment of Government Decree No. 42/2025. (III. 11.) on measures necessary for the reduction of food prices and Government Decree No. 93/2025. (V. 8.) on measures necessary for the reduction of prices of drugstore products
[1] The purpose of this Decree is to extend the temporal scope of the measures introduced for the reduction of food prices and drugstore product prices in order to protect Hungarian families and to further reduce food inflation.
[2] The Government, acting in its original legislative authority as defined in Article 53(1) of the Fundamental Law, having regard to Sections 80 and 81 of Act XCIII of 2021 on the Coordination of Defence and Security Activities, acting within the scope of its duties as defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:
1. Amendment of Government Decree No. 42/2025. (III. 11.) on measures necessary for the reduction of food prices
1.§ Annex 1 of Government Decree No. 42/2025. (III. 11.) on measures necessary for the reduction of food prices [hereinafter: Government Decree No. 42/2025. (III. 11.)] shall be amended in accordance with Annex 1.
2. § In Government Decree No. 42/2025. (III. 11.)
a) in Section 9 thereof, the text "on 30 November 2025" shall be replaced by the text "on 28 February 2026.",…
