Summary
Issue No. 133 of the Magyar Közlöny [Hungarian Official Gazette] for the year 2025 contains numerous government decrees, ministerial decrees, and government resolutions affecting various policy areas. A prominent place is occupied by decisions relating to sports infrastructure development, within the framework of which provisions are made for the construction, state takeover, and operation of teaching pools and swimming pools in several settlements in Hungary. In addition, the regulation of the CSOK Plusz [Home Creation Support Plus] subsidised loan programme is being amended, as is the decree of the Ministry of Defence concerning defence-related allowances, and decisions are also adopted on the development of water public utilities in Debrecen and on the dissolution of the drought protection operational staff.
