Summary
The decree establishes emergency rules for combating drug trafficking and related criminal offences, extending the powers of the police to temporarily close affected establishments. The police may order the closure of any establishment on whose premises criminal proceedings have been initiated in connection with drug trafficking, abuse of psychoactive substances, or abuse of performance-enhancing substances, for a period of up to three months. No immediate legal remedy may be sought against the decision, and the fact of the closure must be indicated on the entrances of the establishment.
