Summary
IdomSoft Informatikai Zrt. shall gradually transfer its tasks as a state application development and digital services-related service design centre, as well as its tasks relating to the operation of an analytical centre, to Digitális Magyarország Ügynökség Zrt., with effect from 1 December 2025 and 1 June 2026 respectively. The transfer and takeover shall extend to property rights and obligations, the asset stock, employee employment relationships and budgetary resources, and the related contracts shall pass to the transferee without the consent of third parties and without consideration. III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 365/2025. (XI. 28.) on the tasks of the service design centre and the transfer of related tasks to Digital Hungary Agency Private Limited Company
[1] Tasks of a strategic nature relating to state application development and digital services, defining professional directions and objectives, shall be transferred to Digital Hungary Agency Private Limited Company, which performs the tasks of the service design centre.
[2] The purpose of this Decree is to lay down, by means of amending provisions, the rules relating to the transfer, as well as the division of tasks — following the transfer, in order to make more efficient use of synergies between state-owned companies performing information technology tasks — between Digital Hungary Agency Private Limited Company and IdomSoft Information Technology Private Limited Company, which falls under its ownership rights exercise, and to define the tasks related to the service design centre.
[3] The Government, acting in its original legislative authority as defined in Article 15(3) of the Fundamental Law,
