III. Government Decrees

Government Decree No. 375/2025. (XI. 30.) on the amendment of certain government decrees related to the regulation of road freight traffic

[1] In order to reduce freight traffic diverting from motorways, it became necessary to clarify the related rules and to review the legal consequences.

[2] The Government

acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 48(3) point a) subpoint 21 of Act I of 1988 on Road Traffic,

with regard to Subtitle 2 and Annex 2, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 48(3) point a) subpoint 15 of Act I of 1988 on Road Traffic,

with regard to Subtitle 3, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 28(1) point a) of Act LXVII of 2013 on the distance-based toll payable for the use of motorways, expressways and main roads,

acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:

1. Amendment of Government Decree No. 410/2007. (XII. 29.) on the categories of traffic violations subject to administrative fines, the amounts of fines imposable in the event of infringement of the provisions applicable to such activities, the rules governing the use thereof, and the conditions for participation in enforcement…
