Summary
The President of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank amends Decree No. 54/2024 of the MNB on reporting obligations related to the central bank information system, the purpose of which is to update the data reporting rules applicable to the reference period of 2026. The amendment affects the scope of information to be reported, the scope of entities subject to reporting obligations, as well as the method and deadline of data reporting, with particular regard to the new data content of the data report identified as P56. The decree enters into force on 1 January 2026, and simultaneously repeals points 10 and 11 of Annex 3 of the previous decree.
