Summary

The decree contains amendments to several government decrees on healthcare subjects, affecting financing from the Health Insurance Fund, the wage support system for healthcare workers, specialist medical training, and the Michalicza scholarship. An important innovation is that a resident may be exempted from the repayment obligation if they are unable to fulfil their specialist training obligations due to the long-term care of a seriously ill child under the age of 18, a matter decided upon by the Director General of the OKFŐ. The purpose of the amendments is to expand the support system for state healthcare wage increases and to promote the more efficient operation of specialist training.
