Summary

Government Decree No. 386/2025. (XII. 10.) transfers the management and maintenance of reformatory institutions to the penitentiary organisation during the state of danger, derogating from the earlier child protection and other statutory provisions. The police shall carry out continuous crime prevention supervision in the reformatory institutions, and it must be ensured that the persons under care may freely report to the police any violations of rights committed against them, even without the presence of the institution's staff.
