Summary

III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 395/2025. (XII. 16.) on the amendment of certain government decrees aimed at reducing administrative burdens on entrepreneurs
[1] The purpose of this decree is to simplify the legal environment and increase its efficiency in order to enhance legal competitiveness, thereby facilitating the uninterrupted operation of economic operators, sustainable development and the promotion of their growth.
[2] The purpose of this decree is to simplify the commencement of accommodation service provider activities, thereby making the administration process smoother. The amendment simultaneously coordinates the various official inspections, promoting more efficient, client-centred and transparent procedures that support the stable and sustainable development of the tourism sector.
[3] The decree reduces the administrative burdens of traders and authorities. The obligation to notify opening hours is simplified, the system of inspections becomes more transparent, and the opening hours of fairs and markets become more flexible, promoting the stimulation of the local economy, the development of tourism and the enrichment of community life.…
