Summary
The December 19, 2025 issue of the Magyar Közlöny (Hungarian Official Gazette) promulgates numerous international treaties concluded between Hungary and various states (Angola, China, Kuwait, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Serbia) on the subjects of air transport, extradition, investment protection, visa exemption, and border traffic control. In addition, the Second Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime, as well as an agreement on the legal status of one of the United Nations' advanced-level institutes, are also promulgated.
