Summary
In connection with the dissolution of ÉMI Építésügyi Minőségellenőrző Innovációs Nonprofit Kft., the Government orders the amendment of numerous government decrees affecting various fields of expertise in the spirit of state cost savings and cost rationalisation. The amendments extend to, among others, legislation governing construction affairs, road and rail transport, aviation, public procurement, environmental protection and vocational training. The purpose of the decree is to ensure that the statutory references and remits associated with the dissolution of the affected state-owned company are settled in accordance with the new organisational framework.

Government Decree No. 442/2025. (XII. 29.) of the Government
on the amendment of government decrees related to the dissolution of ÉMI Construction Quality Control Innovation Non-profit Limited Liability Company
[1] The Government's objective is the cost rationalisation of certain state-owned companies in the interest of cost-efficient state operation.
The Government
[2] acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under Section 109(1)(j) of Act CXXXIII of 2000 on the Budget of the Republic of Hungary for the years 2001 and 2002,
with regard to Subtitle 2, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under Section 73(1)(v) of Act XCVII of 1995 on Air Transport,
with regard to Subtitle 3, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under Section 110(7)(24) of Act LIII of 1995 on the General Rules of Environmental Protection,
with regard to Subtitle 4, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under Section 48(3)(a)(8) of Act I of 1988 on Road Transport,
with regard to Subtitle 5, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under Section 49(1)(j) of Act XLI of 2012 on Passenger Transport Services,
