Summary
The government decree sets out the detailed rules of the official training and examination for customs law experts, defining the conditions for the registration of training bodies, the personal requirements applicable to instructors, as well as the substantive requirements of the training programme. The regulation is intended to ensure the uniform application of the Union Customs Code and a high standard of expertise in customs law. The legal rule also establishes the procedural order relating to the admission, deletion and supervision of training bodies within the framework of the registration system operating under the supervision of the minister responsible for tax policy.

III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 458/2025. (XII. 30.) on the official training and official examination for customs law experts
[1] The purpose of this Government Decree is to define, within the framework of the official training and examination for customs law experts, the tasks of the training bodies, the examiners and the organisation responsible for registration, as well as the personal, material and procedural requirements of the training and examination, thereby ensuring the consistent application of the provisions of the Union Customs Code and its implementing regulations, as well as the uniform and high-level application of customs law expertise.
[2] The Government, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted under point e) of Section 212 of Act CLII of 2017 on the implementation of Union customs law, and with regard to Section 22, on the basis of the authorisation granted under sub-point ac) of point a) of Subsection (1) of Section 31 of Act CXXX of 2010 on legislation,
