III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 36/2025. (III. 11.) on the amendment of certain government decrees in connection with the Rural Home Renovation Programme
[1] The primary objective of the regulation is to make the Rural Home Renovation Programme accessible to a wider range of people living in small settlements, thereby promoting the improvement of their living conditions and the stimulation of the economy.
[2] The amendments expand the possibilities for verifying eligibility for rural home renovation support.
[3] The Government
acting in its original legislative authority as defined in Article 15(2) of the Fundamental Law,
with regard to Subtitle 2, acting in its original legislative authority as defined in Article 15(3) of the Fundamental Law, within its scope of duties as defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:
1. Amendment of Government Decree No. 310/2017. (X. 31.) on the Hungarian State Treasury
1.§ Point c) of Section 14(1) of Government Decree No. 310/2017. (X. 31.) on the Hungarian State Treasury shall be replaced by the following provision:
