Summary
Issue No. 31 of the Hungarian Official Gazette for 2025 contains several legislative amendments and decisions of the Kúria, among which the decree of the Minister for Energy on the review of the calculation rules for the water resource contribution is of particular significance. The decree, for the purpose of sustainable water resource management, amends the multiplier forming the basis of the contribution, and the new provision is to be applied from 1 January 2025. In addition, the Official Gazette contains amendments relating to infocommunication public services, as well as technical safety requirements for gas and oil systems, and also several decisions of the Municipal Council of the Kúria.
