Summary
The decree declares a property related to an economic development investment in Debrecen as an investment of outstanding importance from a national economic perspective, and enables the placement of worker accommodation on the affected plots as well as on plots created through plot formation. The amendment supplements Government Decree No. 141/2018, assigning coordination tasks to the Lord Lieutenant heading the Hajdú-Bihar County Government Office, and the new provisions shall also apply to ongoing administrative proceedings.

Government Decree No. 76/2025. (IV. 14.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 141/2018. (VII. 27.) on the declaration of certain administrative authority cases related to investments for economic development purposes and job creation as cases of outstanding importance from a national economic perspective, and on the amendment of certain government decrees on the declaration of cases of outstanding importance from a national economic perspective
The Government, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in points a), b) and d) of Section 225(2) of Act C of 2023 on Hungarian Architecture, acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:
Section 1. Government Decree No. 141/2018. (VII. 27.) on the declaration of certain administrative authority cases related to investments for economic development purposes and job creation as cases of outstanding importance from a national economic perspective, and on the amendment of certain government decrees on the declaration of cases of outstanding importance from a national economic perspective (hereinafter: Decree) shall be supplemented with the following Section 4/H: "Section 4/H. A workers' accommodation facility may be placed on the property affected by the investment referred to in row 137 of the table contained in Annex 2 and on the plots created therefrom within the framework of a plot formation procedure."…
