III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 86/2025. (IV. 24.) on the amendment of certain government decrees in connection with the fifteenth amendment to the Fundamental Law, concerning persons with disabilities
[1] The purpose of this decree is to ensure that, in accordance with the provision of the fifteenth amendment to the Fundamental Law whereby the Fundamental Law shall henceforth refer to persons with disabilities using the person-first formulation instead of the previous formulation, the concept of persons with disabilities shall also be amended in government decrees. This person-centred approach promotes a more complex interpretation of dignity and identity, while also being consistent with international recommendations and inclusive social norms.

acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 83(2)(a) of Act LXXXIII of 1997 on the Benefits of Compulsory Health Insurance,
with regard to Subtitle 2, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 48(3)(a)(12) of Act I of 1988 on Road Traffic,
with regard to Subtitle 3, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 170(1)(7) and (34) of Act LXXXVI of 2007 on Electricity,
with regard to Subtitle 4, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 132(8) and (26) of Act XL of 2008 on Natural Gas Supply,…
