Summary
The decision of the Prime Minister grants authorisation for the commencement and preparation of negotiations on the framework agreement between Hungary and the Slovak Republic on cross-border emergency healthcare cooperation. The Minister of the Interior is entitled to designate the negotiating persons and to initial the draft text, while the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade is responsible for issuing the necessary letter of full powers. The approval of the final text of the agreement shall subsequently be governed by a separate government decision.
