Summary
The issue of the Magyar Közlöny dated 20 May 2025 contains several resolutions of the National Assembly and the President of the Republic, recording personnel decisions. The notice period of Dr. Péter Polt, Prosecutor General, expires on 9 June 2025, whereupon he is elected a member of the Constitutional Court with effect from 10 June, while Dr. Csaba Hende is also nominated as a Constitutional Court justice with effect from 1 June.
