Summary
The decree of the President of the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority amends the data reporting rules applicable to operators of landfill sites, prescribing that operators of landfill sites of subcategory B3 shall fulfil their obligations through the electronic data collection system of the Public Utility Information Repository. The purpose of the amendment is to strengthen the unified, digital data management system of MEKH through the modernisation of data reporting. The decree shall enter into force on the 8th day following its promulgation.
