III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 116/2025. (V. 29.) on the legal harmonisation amendment of certain government decrees related to military technology activities and defence procurement
[1] The content of Annex 1 to Government Decree No. 226/2016. (VII. 29.) on the detailed parameters of military equipment and services falling within the scope of Act XXX of 2016 on defence and security procurement, as well as Annex 1 to Government Decree No. 156/2017. (VI. 16.) on the detailed rules for the licensing of military technology activities and the certification of undertakings, is determined by the list of defence-related products within the meaning of Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, which is amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2025/290 of 19 February 2024, thereby creating a legal harmonisation obligation for Member States. The purpose of the amendment is to fulfil this legal harmonisation obligation.
