III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 172/2025. (VI. 30.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 43/1999. (III. 3.) on the detailed rules for the financing of healthcare services from the Health Insurance Fund
[1] A priority objective is to ensure the operation of healthcare providers offering patient transport services in order to maintain continuous patient care.
[2] The Government, acting on the basis of the authorisation granted in Section 83(2)(a) of Act LXXXIII of 1997 on the benefits of compulsory health insurance, and acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:
Section 1. Government Decree No. 43/1999. (III. 3.) on the detailed rules for the financing of healthcare services from the Health Insurance Fund (hereinafter: Decree) is supplemented with the following Section 77/K.:
"Section 77/K. The provisions set out in Section 33(12)(b) and Section 33(18) of this Decree, as established by Government Decree No. 172/2025. (VI. 30.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 43/1999. (III. 3.) on the detailed rules for the financing of healthcare services from the Health Insurance Fund, shall be applied from the payments for the month of July 2025."
