Summary
Government Decree 191/2025 extends the savings measures applicable to state-owned companies to four additional companies, including Paks II. Atomerőmű Zrt. and its related organisations. Government Decree 192/2025 maintains, even after the conclusion of the state of emergency period, the utility protection storage service provided to natural gas consumers, which shall be ensured by the Hungarian Hydrocarbon Stockpiling Association until 1 April 2026. The minister responsible for energy policy shall conclude a contract with the Association, which shall be entitled to advance compensation paid from budgetary funds in respect of its supply security tasks.

III. Government Decrees
Government Decree No. 191/2025. (VII. 7.) on the amendment of Government Decree No. 176/2025. (VI. 30.) on the ordering of savings measures with respect to state-owned companies
The Government, acting in its original legislative authority as defined in Article 53(1) of the Fundamental Law, with regard to Sections 80 and 81 of Act XCIII of 2021 on the coordination of defence and security activities, acting within the scope of duties defined in Article 15(1) of the Fundamental Law, hereby orders the following:
Section 1. Annex 1 of Government Decree No. 176/2025. (VI. 30.) on the ordering of savings measures with respect to state-owned companies [hereinafter: Government Decree No. 176/2025. (VI. 30.)] shall be amended in accordance with Annex 1.
Section 2. This Decree shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
