The regulation defines the criteria for establishing the alignment of the regulatory shoreline, taking into account nature conservation, water management and landscape characteristics, as well as land registry data. The decree was created as a result of several years of extensive professional, municipal and public consultations, in which riparian settlements, sectoral authorities and civil organisations were all involved.
