Summary
The decree of the Minister of Defence amends the rules governing the management and use of the appropriations managed at chapter level by the Ministry of Defence, with particular regard to the accounting procedure for the pay differential of military personnel seconded to other organisations. The amendment simultaneously carries out the reclassification transfers of appropriations required in accordance with the Central Budget Act for the year 2026.
