Summary
The government decree, as a supplement to Act LIII of 1994 on judicial enforcement, provides that the full amount of operational state aid granted to sports organisations is exempt from enforcement. The regulation is applicable during the state of danger declared in view of the armed conflict in Ukraine, and its purpose is to ensure that state funds necessary for the maintenance of sports activities cannot be diverted by judicial attachment. The decree is also applicable in enforcement proceedings pending at the time of its entry into force, with respect to state aid payments made thereafter.
