Summary
The Government shall establish a fact-finding delegation for the on-site inspection of the condition of the Friendship crude oil pipeline, as Hungary and Ukraine hold opposing positions regarding the restartability of the pipeline. The head of the delegation shall be the Deputy Minister of the ministry responsible for energy policy, and among its members a representative of MOL Plc. shall also have a seat. The body shall inform both the Government and the public of the results of its investigation.
