Hungarian Gazette 2026/26
Summary
The decree establishes supplementary detailed rules to earlier government decrees serving the protection of fuel supply in Hungary, in particular by specifying the conditions for the sale of fuel at protected prices. It amends the data recording and data transmission obligations applicable to operators of fuel filling stations, and excludes from its scope filling stations consisting exclusively of automatic pumps, where the personal verification of entitlement cannot be ensured. Furthermore, by way of amending the decree on the emergency use of security petroleum product stocks, it provides that fuel placed on the market from released security stocks shall be counted towards the mandatory renewable fuel share.
