Summary
The National Assembly has adopted an Act on the promulgation of the Charter of the Peace Council into the Hungarian legal order, the purpose of which is to bring current armed conflicts to a close and to prevent further conflicts. The Act recognises the binding force of the Charter with respect to Hungary, in accordance with the Hungarian national interest and at the request of the President of the United States. The minister responsible for the implementation is the minister responsible for foreign policy, who shall publish the date of entry into force of the Charter in the Magyar Közlöny.
