Summary
The decree establishes special rules for the period of the state of danger declared in view of the armed conflict in Ukraine, in connection with the prohibition of the production, use, distribution and promotion of narcotic drugs. The Government suspends the application of the provisions contained in subsections (2) and (3) of Section 4/A of the Act against organised crime, thereby expanding the room for manoeuvre of the authorities for the purpose of suppressing drug trafficking. The decree enters into force on the day following its promulgation.
