Summary
The government decrees concern two different subject matters. The first decree declares the Hungarian rounds of the 2026 MotoGP and Superbike racing series to be outstanding international sporting events, determines the related tax exemption at a maximum amount of HUF 461,600,000, and orders the organisation of police security. The second decree provides for the acquisition into state ownership of the real properties necessary for the performance of the public duties of the Jövő Nemzedék Földje Foundation and for the transfer of such properties into the asset management of the Foundation, with the involvement of the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Construction and Transport.

Government Decision 1113/2026. (III. 27.) Korm. on the further governmental measures necessary for hosting the 2026 MotoGP and Superbike race series rounds in Hungary
The Government
1. supports that HUNGARORING Sport Private Limited Company, with the involvement of the National Event Organising Agency Nonprofit Private Limited Company (hereinafter: NRÜ Zrt.) and with the participation of the Hungarian Motorsport Federation, organises the Hungarian rounds of the MotoGP and Superbike race series in the year 2026;
2. declares as distinguished international sporting events
a) the Hungarian round of the 2026 MotoGP race series (hereinafter: MotoGP round),
b) the Hungarian round of the 2026 Superbike race series (hereinafter: Superbike round);
3. acting within the powers conferred under point 7.45 of Annex 1 to Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax, determines the maximum amount of tax exemption available in respect of the MotoGP and Superbike rounds, with regard to benefits that may be provided by NRÜ Zrt. as the organiser of the sporting events referred to in point 2, with the participation of organisations contributing to the organisation, at no more than HUF 461,600,000;
4. calls upon the Minister of the Interior to ensure, with the involvement of the police,
a) for the 2026 MotoGP, as well as
b) for the 2026 Superbike…
