Summary

Decision No. 58/2026. (IV. 2.) KE of the President of the Republic on the dismissal of judges
1. On the basis of Article 9, paragraph (3), point k) of the Fundamental Law, and Section 89, point c) and Section 90, point a) of Act CLXII of 2011 on the Legal Status and Remuneration of Judges – upon the proposal of the President of the National Office for the Judiciary –, with regard to her resignation,
I hereby dismiss dr. Márta Hetesi from her judicial office with effect from 27 May 2026.
2. On the basis of Article 9, paragraph (3), point k) and Article 26, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law, and Section 89, point c) and Section 90, point h), sub-point ha) of Act CLXII of 2011 on the Legal Status and Remuneration of Judges – upon the proposal of the President of the National Office for the Judiciary –,
with regard to reaching the general old-age pension retirement age,
I hereby dismiss Ágnes Vargáné dr. Erdődi with effect from 1 October 2026 and dr. Andrea Bencze with effect from 7 October 2026
from their judicial office.
3. On the basis of Article 9, paragraph (3), point k) of the Fundamental Law, and Section 89, point c) and Section 90, point h), sub-point hb) of Act CLXII of 2011 on the Legal Status and Remuneration of Judges – upon the proposal of the President of the National Office for the Judiciary –, with regard to their request for retirement,
I hereby dismiss dr. Ildikó Éva Szabó with effect from 5 September 2026 and dr. Zita Hercsik with effect from 31 October 2026
from their judicial office.…
