Summary

Government Decision 1124/2026. (IV. 9.) Korm. on the designation of land parcels located in the outer area of Tatabánya City with County Rights as an investment target area
The Government
1. having regard to the provisions of Section 11(2) and (3) of Act CXXIX of 2007 on the Protection of Agricultural Land, as well as the provisions of Point a) of Section 95 of Government Decree 179/2023. (V. 15.) on the implementation of Act C of 2021 on the Land Registry — for the purpose of recording the change of land use category for the investment target area — designates as an investment target area the properties located within the administrative territory of the city of Tatabánya, recorded in the land registry under the topographic lot numbers Tatabánya outer area 0168/4, 0168/5, 0168/6, 0168/9, 0168/13, 0169, 0170/1, 0170/2 and 0170/3, as well as the properties formed from these properties following the finality of the decision rendered in the plot formation procedure;
2. shall partially or fully revoke this Government Decision if
a) within one year following the publication of this Government Decision, no application for a permit for the alternative use of agricultural land concerning the area affected by this Government Decision is submitted, or the real estate authority rejects, refuses or dismisses the application, or terminates the proceedings, except where an administrative lawsuit has been initiated against the given authority's decision by a person entitled to do so,…
