Summary
Issue No. 42 of the Hungarian Official Gazette (*Magyar Közlöny*) for the year 2026 contains several government decrees and presidential decisions of the President of the Republic. Government Decree No. 88/2026. (Korm. rendelet), as an emergency measure, exempts sports associations from the obligation to pay asset management fees (*vagyonkezelési díj*) for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, with reference to the economic effects of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
