Summary

The decree of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy on the release of the security petroleum product stocks of the Hungarian Hydrocarbon Stockpiling Association provides for the sale of 150 million litres of 95-octane petrol and 425 million litres of motor diesel oil in order to ensure uninterrupted domestic fuel supply. The released stocks shall be available to the member companies of the Association until 30 June 2026, at specified official prices. The decree also fixes the selling prices, which in the case of petrol amount to a net HUF 270.25/litre and in the case of diesel oil to a net HUF 300.48/litre, together with the maximum prices applicable towards resellers.
