Summary
The decision of the Prime Minister establishes that the state of danger declared due to the armed conflict in Ukraine ceased on 14 May 2026, and thereby the condition to which the entry into force of certain statutory provisions was tied has occurred. As a consequence, certain sections of Act L of 2025, which elevated the emergency decrees to the level of statute, and of Act CXX of 2025 on the amendment of Acts relating to transport, entered into force on 14 May 2026.
