Summary
Government Decree No. 91/2026. (V. 22.) regulates the importation into Hungary of certain agricultural products originating from Ukraine, prohibiting their release for free circulation, customs warehousing, and inward processing. Exceptions to the prohibition apply to transit consignments, which must leave the territory of Hungary within fifteen days of importation. The measure aims to prevent disruptions to the internal market of the Union, in accordance with the objectives of the common agricultural policy and the coordinated action of the Central and Eastern European Member States.
