Summary
Two Presidential Decrees contain personnel decisions in the field of Hungarian governmental administration. Presidential Decree No. 103/2026. KE appoints Dr. Benedek Bulcsú Balázs as Administrative State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Child Affairs with effect from 26 May 2026, while Presidential Decree No. 104/2026. KE appoints new State Secretaries for several ministries – including the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Economy, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Health. The appointments were made on the basis of the Fundamental Law and Act CXXV of 2018 on governmental administration, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister.
