Summary
Hungary withdraws its notice of intention to withdraw from the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and from the New York Agreement on Related Privileges and Immunities, which was denounced by Act XXX of 2025. The National Assembly hereby reaffirms Hungary's membership in the International Criminal Court, maintaining the country's participation in holding accountable the perpetrators of the most serious international crimes. The minister responsible for foreign policy shall ensure the measures necessary for implementation.
