Summary

The Government adopted a resolution on the definitive establishment of the text of the Charter of the Peace Council, to which Hungary would accede without financial commitment. The Prime Minister or the person designated by him is authorised to definitively establish the Charter subject to a reservation of ratification, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade shall issue the necessary instrument of full powers. The Government adopted the draft Act on the promulgation of the Charter and also provided for its submission to the National Assembly.
