Summary
Decree No. 1/2026. (I. 22.) OAH regulates the amount of the standby allowance for civil servants employed in a public service legal relationship at the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority (OAH), which the OAH provides in the form of monetary compensation instead of time off. The amount of the allowance is gross HUF 240 per hour commenced on a working day, HUF 480 on a weekly rest day, and HUF 720 on a public holiday. The President of the OAH is obliged to review the amount of the allowance annually by 31 January.
