Summary
The decree expands the financing rules of healthcare services provided within the publicly funded framework of Reconstructive Reproductive Medicine, at the expense of the Health Insurance Fund. Healthcare providers shall receive a performance-based remuneration if a live birth event occurs within 21 months from the completion of the care, the amount of which corresponds to 1.5 times the value of the 14M 673A HBCs. A condition of the remuneration is the reporting of the initial and closing consultation procedures with the appropriate codes.
